You  need to register with this site if you only want to browse through the investment opportunities and/or the investor summaries listed on the site. But if you want to use Rydin.no to contact investors, or the people promoting an opportunity, you will first need to complete the relevant registration form.

During registration a user is required to provide contact information (such as name and email address), and where appropriate, details about their business and/or funding requirements. This information will be used for billing and accounts purposes, and as follows:

Seekers of funding:

• A summary of the nature of your business and its funding requirements (please DO NOT insert any sensitive information) will be posted on  Rydin.no's website.                                 
• The listings posted on Rydin.no's website will contain an e-mail address, or telephone/fax number for investors and companies to request further information.
• All further information on projects for more detailed outline is provided directly between the concerned parties.

As Rydin.no's Investors are located all around the World, there may not  be a specific legislation in place to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of  your data. While every reasonable effort will be made to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of data, Rydin.no will not be liable for unauthorised disclosures by third parties not under Rydin.no's direct control.

Investment seekers:

• You will be given the opportunity to provide an outline of your investment preferences which will then be posted on Rydin.no's website. This outline should NOT contain any sensitive information, and you are under no obligation to provide it in order to use  Rydin.no's services.

Investors:

By signing up as an Investor with the Rydin.no, you undertake to respect  the privacy of all parties concerned. Specifically, you undertake not to disclose any contact or business details to third parties without the express permission of those concerned.

Opting-out

Publication of the initial, anonymous data by e-mail and on The Rydin.no's website as described under seekers of funding above is at the core of Rydin.no's business. By signing up as a member of Rydin.no, you agree for such data to be disclosed and to receive the relevant e-mails. There is no separate opt-out mechanism, but you can end your membership of Rydin.no at any time by following the procedure under "Termination" below.

Order

We request information from the user on our payment form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is  used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing  an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Sharing

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. Termination:

You can at any time terminate your membership in Rydin.no.

Please note we will keep a record of your name, address and contact details for up    to one year after you have terminated your membership so that we can contact you regarding any administrative queries that may still arise. This information will not be used for marketing purposes or be made available to third parties.

To terminate your membership press the Cancel membership button. If you want to keep this information send an e-mail to post@rydin.no asking for your membership to be inactivated and we will do so. It will then not be searchable. You will then have to email us again when you want it activated.

Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a notice on our home page advising users that our privacy policy has been changed. This notice will be in place ninety (90) days or earlier from the publication date of the revised security policy.
